Inleiding
Houten SCHUURTJE uit de eerste helft van de twintigste eeuw, onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats Olaertsduyn. Het zorgvuldig vormgegeven object staat in het parkbos ten zuidoosten van het landhuis, enigszins terzijde van een van de lanen van de ganzenvoet.
Omschrijving
Op een rechthoekig grondplan in hout opgetrokken schuurtje, met lage zijgevels onder een overstekend zadeldak met de nok dwars op de voorgevel. De dakschilden zijn belegd met pannen en het dak is aan voor- en achterzijde afgewerkt met brede windveren. De rustieke voorgevel heeft zwartgeteerde, onbewerkte boomstammen en een gecementeerde lage voeting. De overige gevels zijn uitgevoerd in zwarte, horizontale houten delen. Het onderste deel van de voorgevel is uitgevoerd in staande boomstammen, terwijl de boomstammetjes in de top van de gevel diagonaal richting middenas zijn geplaatst. In het midden van de voorgevel een deur met dwarsklampen en steekklampen van boomstammetjes. Aan weerszijden van de deur een tweelicht. In de linker zijgevel een raam.

Wooden SHED from the first half of the twentieth century, part of the historic country estate Olaertsduyn. The carefully designed object stands in the park woodland to the southeast of the manor house, somewhat set apart from one of the paths of the goose-foot.
Description
On a rectangular ground plan a wooden shed, with low side gables under an overhanging gabled roof with the ridge perpendicular to the front facade. The roof shingles are covered with tiles and the roof is finished on the front and rear with broad wind boards. The rustic front facade has blackened, unworked tree trunks and a cemented low base. The remaining facades are executed in black, horizontal wooden parts. The lower part of the front facade is executed in vertical tree trunks, while the small tree trunks at the top of the gable are placed diagonally towards the central axis. In the centre of the front facade a door with cross-cleats and mortise cleats of small tree trunks. On either side of the door a two-light window. In the left side gable a window.
