Omschrijving
De DIENSTWONING (6) uit 1901 - 1903, onderdeel van het westelijk tramremise- complex, is gelegen in de gevelwand van de gebouwen aan de binnenplaats van de Tollensstraat. Het pand is gebouwd op een smalle, rechthoekige plattegrond en bezit twee bouwlagen met een dwarskap waarin een gemetselde dakkapel is opgenomen. De voorgevel telt twee vensterassen, waarvan de gevelopeningen zijn voorzien van fraai bewerkte, natuurstenen bovendorpels. Het interieur op de begane grond bestaat uit één grote ruimte waarboven een drietal kamers en-suite en een sanitair blok is opgenomen. Het interieur wordt gekenmerkt door diverse uit de bouwtijd daterende interieur-elementen, zoals paneeldeuren en stucplafonds. De dienstwoning staat tegenover die op Tollensstraat nr.61.

Description
The SERVICE DWELLING (6) from 1901 - 1903, part of the western tramway depot complex, is located in the facade wall of the buildings on the courtyard of the Tollensstraat. The property was built on a narrow, rectangular floor plan and has two storeys with a cross gable in which a brick roof dormer is incorporated. The front facade has two window bays, the facade openings of which are provided with finely worked, natural stone lintels. The interior on the ground floor consists of one large room above which three rooms en-suite and a sanitary block are situated. The interior is characterised by various interior elements dating from the period of construction, such as panelled doors and stucco ceilings. The service dwelling is opposite that at Tollensstraat no.61.
