Omschrijving
De DIENSTWONING (5) uit 1908, onderdeel van het complex westelijke tramremise, is gelegen op het binnenterrein aan de Tollensstraat. Het pand wordt aan de linkerzijde geflankeerd door een iets teruggezette hal met een opslagplaats. Aan de rechterzijde grenst de bebouwing van de Kinkerstraat. De woning is gebouwd op een rechthoekige plattegrond en bezit twee bouwlagen met een dwarskap met zwarte pannen. Het dakvlak wordt doorbroken door zowel twee gemetselde als door één houten dakkapel. De sobere gevels zijn opgetrokken uit baksteen en voorzien van een bakstenen plint. De voorgevel bestaat uit drie traveeën en alle gevelopeningen hebben een natuurstenen bovendorpel. De dienstwoning staat tegenover de dienstwoning aan de Tollensstraat nr.62. Het interieur van het pand is opgesplitst in twee delen met rechts de entreehal waarachter zich het trappenhuis, de sanitaire voorzieningen en de keuken bevinden. In het linkerdeel zijn twee kamers en-suite en een kleine binnenplaats opgenomen.

The SERVICE DWELLING (5) from 1908, part of the western tram depot complex, is located on the inner courtyard at Tollensstraat. The building is flanked on the left side by a slightly recessed hall with a storage space. On the right side it adjoins the buildings of Kinkerstraat. The dwelling is built on a rectangular floor plan and has two storeys with a roof truss with black tiles. The roof surface is broken through by both two brick and one wooden roof dormers. The sober facades are constructed of brick and provided with a brick plinth. The front facade consists of three bays and all facade openings have a natural stone lintel. The service dwelling stands opposite the service dwelling at Tollensstraat no. 62. The interior of the building is divided into two parts with the entrance hall on the right, behind which are the stairwell, sanitary facilities and kitchen. In the left part are two rooms en-suite and a small courtyard.
