Voormalige MAGAZIJN (4) uit 1901-1902, onderdeel van het westelijk tramremisecomplex, gelegen tegenover de centrale werkplaats en uitgevoerd met een sobere bakstenen gevel met een grote toegang, rechthoekig geplaatst in de gevel. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een tuitgevel. Aan de linkerzijde bevindt zich een travee met een smalle toegangsdeur. Daarnaast bevindt zich een raam en erboven bevindt zich een grotere lichtopening. De kap bestaat uit een constructie van vakwerkliggers die op muurdammen en stalen kolommen rusten. De hal heeft bestrate vloeren die gedragen woorden door een fundering van betonbalken en stalen koppelbalken.

Former WAREHOUSE (4) from 1901-1902, part of the western tram depot complex, located opposite the central workshop and executed with a sober brick facade with a large entrance, positioned rectangularly in the facade. The facade is terminated by a spout gable. On the left side there is a bay with a narrow entrance door. Adjacent to this is a window and above it is a larger light opening. The roof consists of a truss structure resting on wall piers and steel columns. The hall has paved floors supported by a foundation of concrete beams and steel coupling beams.
Evaluation
Former warehouse of general importance due to its architectural historical and typological value. Also of importance as a historical-functional component of the tram depot complex.
