DIENSTWONING met MUUR en TOEGANGSHEK behorende bij villa Beukenhage, gebouwd in 1913 door architecten Meijers en Molema in ambachtelijk traditionele stijl.
De dienstwoning bevatte oorspronkelijk ook een garage, waarvan slechts de openslaande deuren nog herkenbaar zijn. De dienstwoning is gelegen rechts van de oprijlaan naar het landhuis.
N.B. alle venster van de dienstwoning zijn hetzij voorzien van voorzetvenster, hetzij vernieuwd en deels vereenvoudigd. Aan achterzijde dienstwoning bevindt zich een eenlaags aanbouw die niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komt.
Omschrijving
Tweelaags woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond, onder zadeldak met steekkkap midden boven langsgevel. Dekking van grauwe pannen. Begane grond gemetseld in baksteen in kruisverband, eerste verdieping wit, gepleisterd. Aan de dienstwoning vastgemetseld een muur. Boven muur, tussen penanten ijzeren hekwerk.
Voorgevel, langsgevel met twee grote dubbele inrijdeuren en enkele houten deur met enkelruits bovenlicht. Op verdieping vier openslaande vensters met luiken en met bovenlicht met roedenverdeling. In top onder steekkap engelenvenster.
Zijgevel met twee vensters op begane grond en twee venster in top , die voorzien zijn van luiken.
Waardering
De dienstwoning met muur en toegangshek is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische, en de situationele waarde als dienstwoning bij het landgoed Beukenhage. Verder vanwege de markering van de toegang tot de villa.

SERVANT'S DWELLING with WALL and ACCESS GATE belonging to villa Beukenhage, built in 1913 by architects Meijers and Molema in traditional craft style.
