Omschrijving Het voormalige KOETSHUIS is gebouwd op een rechthoekige plattegrond en heeft één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met de nok haaks op de weg. Het dak is voorzien van een zinken roevendak met op de nok, aan de zijde van de voorgevel een zinken akroterie. De zijgevels worden afgesloten door bakgoten. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen, gemetseld in kruisverband, en zijn voorzien van een gepleisterde plint. De VOORGEVEL is op de hoeken voorzien van een blokbepleistering en heeft in het midden een door een gepleisterde segmentboog, met aanzetstenen en sluitsteen met diamantkop, afgesloten dubbele deur. Aan weerszijden van de aanzetstenen bevindt zich een gepleisterde speklaag. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL heeft twee door strekken afgesloten deuren waartussen zich een oeuil de boeuf bevindt dat voorzien van een ijzeren vierruits kantelraam. Waardering

Description
Description The former COACH HOUSE is built on a rectangular floor plan and has one storey under a gabled roof with the ridge perpendicular to the road. The roof is provided with a zinc slate roof with a zinc acroterion at the ridge, on the side of the front facade. The side facades are closed by gutters. The facades are erected in brick, laid in cross bond, and are provided with a plastered plinth. The FRONT FACADE has on the corners block rendering and has in the middle a double door closed by a plastered segmental arch, with abutments and keystone with diamond head. On both sides of the abutments there is a plastered ashlar course. The LEFT SIDE FACADE has two doors closed by lintels between which there is an oeil de boeuf provided with an iron four-light sash window.
