Omschrijving
FABRIEKSHAL gebouwd aan het eind van de 19de eeuw. Het is een samengesteld pand gebouwd op een rechthoekig grondplan, bestaande uit twee ten opzicht van elkaar verschoven rechthoeken. Het telt twee bouwlagen onder twee zadeldaken, gedekt met gesmoorde oud-Hollandse pannen.
In het korte bouwvolume stond de dieselmototr. De KOPGEVEL is een tuitgevel en bevat een dubbele deur met een van roeden voorzien bovenlicht. In beide ZIJGEVELS zijn getoogde, gietijzeren vensters, waarvan er enkele zijn dichtgezet.
In het lange bouwvolume is in de KOPGEVEL een brede, getoogde gevelopening waarin nu een modern kozijn is geplaatst. De tussengevel bevat dichtgezette gaten voor aandrijfassen. In de ander ZIJGEVEL zijn de getoogde vensteropeningen dichtgezet.
Van cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een FABRIEKSHAL als typologisch voorbeeld van een fabriekscomplex ontstaan als koperslagerij, vervangen door een sigarenkistenfabriek in opdracht van de familie Krepel. De oorspronkelijke aandrijving van de fabriek stond gebouw, zijnde een der eerste gebouwen van het fabriekscomplex.

Description
FACTORY HALL built at the end of the 19th century. It is a compound building constructed on a rectangular ground plan, consisting of two rectangles offset relative to each other. It has two storeys under two gabled roofs, covered with interlocking Dutch pantiles.
In the short building volume stood the diesel motor. The GABLE END is a spout gable and contains a double door with a fanlight provided with glazing bars. In both SIDE FACADES are arched, cast-iron windows, some of which have been sealed.
In the long building volume in the GABLE END is a wide arched facade opening in which a modern window frame has now been placed. The intermediate facade contains sealed openings for drive shafts. In the other SIDE FACADE the arched window openings have been sealed.
Of cultural-historical value as an example of a FACTORY HALL as a typological example of a factory complex originating as a coppersmith's workshop, replaced by a cigar-box factory on commission of the Krepel family. The original drive of the factory stood as a building, being one of the first buildings of the factory complex.
