Omschrijving
Voormalig KANTOOR (5) met rechthoekige plattegrond afgesloten door een plat dak. De gevels met gepleisterde plint zijn opgetrokken in kruisverband roodbruine baksteen. De gevel eindigt in een bakstenen fries met geprofileerde uitkragende rand. In de gevels bevinden zich in gepleisterde geveldelen rondboogvensters met ijzeren roedenverdeling.
Centraal in de VOORGEVEL bevindt zich een enkele deur met bovenlicht in een gepleisterd veld met aan weerszijden twee rondboogvensters wederom in een gepleisterd veld.
In de LINKERZIJGEVEL bevindt zich één rondboogvenster met ijzeren roedenverdeling De ACHTERGEVEL is een blinde gevel.
Tegen de RECHTERZIJGEVEL bevindt zich een niet oorspronkelijke aanbouw.
Waardering

Description
Former OFFICE (5) with rectangular ground plan closed by a flat roof. The facades with plastered plinth are constructed in stretcher bond red-brown brick. The facade ends in a brick frieze with profiled projecting edge. In the facades there are round-arched windows in plastered facade sections with iron glazing bars.
Centrally in the FRONT FACADE is a single door with fanlight in a plastered field with on either side two round-arched windows again in a plastered field.
In the LEFT SIDE FACADE there is one round-arched window with iron glazing bars. The REAR FACADE is a blind wall.
Against the RIGHT SIDE FACADE there is a non-original extension.
Valuation
Former OFFICE (5) currently factory hall built at the end of the nineteenth century.
- Of architectural-historical value as an example of an office building at the end of the nineteenth century as part of a factory complex.
- Of urban planning value because of the functional-spatial relationship of the office building with the other components of the 'Klarenbeek' complex.
