Omschrijving
Het KETELHUIS met SCHOORSTEEN (7) bevindt zich op het fabrieksterrein ten noorden van de fabriekshal bestaande uit een groter en een kleiner bouwvolume met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit één bouwlaag afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde muldenpannen. Het kleinere bouwvolume eindigt in een bakstenen schoorsteen met achtzijdige onderbouw. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in bruinrode baksteen in kruisverband. In de gevel bevinden zich vensters aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een segment- of rondboog, aan de onderzijde door een gepleisterde lekdorpel.
De VOORGEVEL (zuidoostgevel) eindigt in een topgevel met gladde gepleisterde banden aan de buitenzijden. Centraal op de begane grond bevindt zich een dicht gemetselde segmentboogvormige vensteropening met aan weerszijden een rondboogvenster. In de geveltop bevindt zich een rondboogvormige muuropening.
In de LINKERZIJGEVEL (zuidwestgevel) bevindt zich een aantal dichtgemetselde segmentboogvormige muuropeningen. De linkerzijgevel is voorzien van gladde gepleisterde banden.
Tegen de ACHTERGEVEL (noordwestgevel) van het er tussen geplaatste bouwvolume bevindt zich de schoorsteen met achtzijdige onderbouw opgetrokken in helderrode baksteen met ondergronds rookkanaal.
Het zicht op de RECHTERZIJGEVEL (noordoostgevel) wordt belemmerd door een nieuw ketelhuis uit 1948 met rechthoekige plattegrond en plat dak. Uiterst rechts bevindt zich een enkele deur en een meerruits raam.
Waardering
KETELHUIS met SCHOORSTEEN (7) uit het einde van de negentiende eeuw.

Description
The BOILER HOUSE with CHIMNEY (7) is located on the factory site to the north of the factory hall consisting of a larger and a smaller building volume with rectangular floor plan consisting of one storey enclosed by a gabled roof covered with interlocking pantiles. The smaller building volume terminates in a brick chimney with octagonal base. The facades are constructed in reddish-brown brick in Flemish bond. The facades contain windows at the upper level enclosed by a segmental or round arch, at the lower level by a rendered drip moulding.
The FRONT FACADE (southeast facade) terminates in a spout gable with smooth rendered bands on the outer sides. Centrally on the ground floor is a sealed segmental arch-shaped window opening with a round arch window on either side. In the gable top is a round arch-shaped wall opening.
In the LEFT SIDE FACADE (southwest facade) are a number of sealed segmental arch-shaped wall openings. The left side facade is provided with smooth rendered bands.
Against the REAR FACADE (northwest facade) of the building volume placed in between is the chimney with octagonal base constructed in bright red brick with underground flue.
The view of the RIGHT SIDE FACADE (northeast facade) is obstructed by a new boiler house from 1948 with rectangular floor plan and flat roof. At the far right is a single door and a multi-pane window.
