Omschrijving
KETELHUIS met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit één bouwlaag afgesloten door een overkragend plat dak. De gevels van het ketelhuis zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen.
De VOORGEVEL (zuidoostgevel) is een kopse gevel met rechts een deuropening. Bovenin de gevel bevindt zich een rondvenster met diagonale ijzeren roedenverdeling.
In de LINKERZIJGEVEL (zuidwestgevel) bevinden zich zes identieke regelmatig verdeelde vier-ruits ramen. Aan de bovenzijde worden de ramen afgesloten door een uitkragende gecementeerde segmentboog, aan de onderzijde afgesloten door een lekdorpel.
In de ACHTERGEVEL (noordwestgevel) bevindt zich links een enkele deur, rechts een dubbele deur. Bovenaan de gevel bevindt zich een rond venster met diagonale roedenverdeling.
De RECHTERZIJGEVEL (noordoostgevel) is identiek aan de linkerzijgevel.
Waardering
KETELHUIS gebouwd in 1948 naar ontwerp van A. WARNAAR uit Warnsveld.

Description
BOILER HOUSE with rectangular floor plan consisting of one storey enclosed by a projecting flat roof. The facades of the boiler house are constructed in red brick.
The FRONT FACADE (southeast facade) is a gable end facade with a door opening on the right. At the top of the facade is a circular window with diagonal iron glazing bars.
In the LEFT SIDE FACADE (southwest facade) are six identical regularly spaced four-pane windows. At the upper side the windows are enclosed by a projecting cemented segmental arch, at the lower side enclosed by a drip moulding.
In the REAR FACADE (northwest facade) is on the left a single door, on the right a double door. At the top of the facade is a circular window with diagonal glazing bars.
The RIGHT SIDE FACADE (northeast facade) is identical to the left side facade.
Assessment
