3. KLEDINGMAGAZIJN Omschrijving
Het KLEDINGMAGAZIJN heeft een rechthoekig grondplan, waarbij het westelijke deel, waarin het kantoorgedeelte was gehuisvest, aan beide lange zijden iets naar voren springt t.o.v. het magazijngedeelte. Hoewel beide delen even hoog zijn en zich onder één plat dak bevinden, telt het kledingmagazijn drie bouwlagen en het kantoor twee bouwlagen.
Het kledingmagazijn is opgetrokken uit in kruisverband gemetselde baksteen. Het gebouw heeft een met hardsteen afgedekte plint en sierbanden van gele en zwarte verblendsteen (magazijn) of zandstenen speklagen en een waterlijst (kantoor). De gevels worden afgesloten met een bloktandlijst van gele verblendsteen en een bakgoot op klossen. De vensters, die hardstenen lekdorpels en zandstenen geboorte- en sluitstenen hebben, zijn segmentboogvormig afgesloten behalve op de verdiepingen onder het dak, waar ze recht afgesloten zijn. De vensters van het magazijn zijn op de begane grond dichtgemetseld en op de verdiepingen voor het grootste deel dichtgezet met plaatmateriaal. De vensters van het kantoor hebben veelruits schuiframen en op de begane grond segmentboogtrommels met metselmozaïek.
De asymmetrisch ingedeelde VOORGEVEL (zuidgevel) heeft links het kantoorgedeelte met twee vensterassen en rechts het magazijn, dat tien assen breed is. De vierde as van rechts heeft drie dubbele pakhuisdeuren boven elkaar. Onder de vensters van de derde bouwlaag bevindt zich een zandstenen veld met het opschrift: "MAGAZIJN VOOR KLEEDING EN NACHTLEGER".
De LINKER ZIJGEVEL heeft in de eerste bouwlaag een dubbele deur met segmentboogtrommel en links een 9-ruits raam met 6-ruits bovenlicht. In de tweede bouwlaag bevinden zich twee gekoppelde lange smalle vensters met 6-ruits ramen en 4-ruits bovenlichten.
De ACHTERGEVEL (straatzijde) is vrijwel op dezelfde wijze vorm gegeven als de voorgevel. Hier zijn echter geen pakhuisdeuren en in de tiende as van links bevinden zich tweemaal twee smalle trappenhuisvensters schuin boven elkaar.
De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL heeft in de tweede en de derde bouwlaag twee vensters.

3. CLOTHING MAGAZINE Description
The CLOTHING MAGAZINE has a rectangular ground plan, whereby the western part, in which the office section was housed, projects slightly forward on both long sides compared to the storage section. Although both parts are equally high and are under one flat roof, the clothing magazine has three storeys and the office has two storeys.
The clothing magazine is constructed of brickwork laid in Flemish bond. The building has a plinth covered with hardstone and decorative bands of yellow and black facing brick (storage) or sandstone speckled courses and a drip moulding (office). The facades are finished with a dentil course of yellow facing brick and a gutter on corbels. The windows, which have hardstone drip moulds and sandstone voussoirs and keystones, are segmental arch-shaped except on the floors below the roof, where they are straight-topped. The windows of the storage section are bricked up on the ground floor and on the floors are mostly filled with sheet material. The office windows have many-pane sash windows and on the ground floor segmental arch drums with brick mosaic.
The asymmetrically arranged FRONT FACADE (south facade) has on the left the office section with two window bays and on the right the storage section, which is ten bays wide. The fourth bay from the right has three double warehouse doors one above the other. Below the windows of the third storey is a sandstone panel with the inscription: "MAGAZINE FOR CLOTHING AND NIGHT QUARTERS".
The LEFT SIDE FACADE has on the first storey a double door with segmental arch drum and on the left a 9-pane window with 6-pane fanlight. On the second storey there are two coupled long narrow windows with 6-pane sashes and 4-pane fanlights.
The REAR FACADE (street side) is arranged in much the same way as the front facade. However, there are no warehouse doors here and in the tenth bay from the left there are twice two narrow staircase windows arranged diagonally one above the other.
The RIGHT SIDE FACADE has on the second and third storey two windows.

CLOTHING MAGAZINE from 1905-1906.
- Of architectural historical value as a good and fairly intact example of a clothing magazine in neo-Renaissance style.
- Of urban planning value because of its striking location on the Koolemans Beijnenstraat. The clothing magazine has ensemble value as a functional component of the LIMOS barracks complex.
