3. Omschrijving
De THEEKOEPEL heeft een achtzijdige plattegrond en één bouwlaag onder een achtzijdig koepeldak, dat gedekt is met rode verbeterde Hollandse pannen van kleiner formaat dan de pannen die op de villa en de garage.
De GEVELS zijn opgetrokken in later witgesausde baksteen en gemetseld in halfsteens verband. De theekoepel is aan drie zijden open en aan vijf zijden gesloten. Vier van deze vijf zijden zijn voorzien van een venster en één zijde is blind uitgevoerd. De gevels hebben een deels bruin geschilderde plint die wordt afgesloten met een rollaag. De stompe hoeken van de gesloten zijden zijn voorzien van tandversiering. De vier rechthoekige vensters worden afgesloten met een rollaag en hebben houten kozijnen met een verticale middenstijl.
De drie open zijden van de theekoepel worden van elkaar gescheiden door vier houten Toscaanse zuiltjes op gemetselde piedestallen. Tussen de dekplaten van de zuiltjes en het dak bevinden zich korte vierkante houten pijlertjes, die onderling worden verbonden door gesneden houten korfbogen.
Het INTERIEUR heeft een vloer met rode tegels. De koepel is aan de binnenzijde betimmerd met horizontale houten delen. De betimmering begint boven de vensters en loopt tot ca. halverwege het koepeldak, waar zij overgaat in een vlak plafond, dat eveneens is samengesteld uit acht segmenten van houten delen.

The TEA HOUSE has an eight-sided plan and one storey under an octagonal cupola roof, covered with red improved Dutch tiles of smaller format than the tiles on the villa and the garage.
The FAÇADES are built in later whitewashed brick and mortared in half-brick bond. The tea house is open on three sides and closed on five sides. Four of these five sides are provided with a window and one side is left blank. The façades have a partly brown-painted plinth which is finished with a roll moulding. The blunt corners of the closed sides are provided with tooth decoration. The four rectangular windows are finished with a roll moulding and have wooden frames with a vertical centre post.
The three open sides of the tea house are separated from each other by four wooden Tuscan columns on brick pedestals. Between the capping plates of the columns and the roof are short square wooden pillars, which are connected to each other by carved wooden basket arches.
The INTERIOR has a floor with red tiles. The cupola is lined on the inside with horizontal wooden panels. The lining begins above the windows and runs to approximately halfway up the cupola roof, where it transitions into a flat ceiling, also composed of eight segments of wooden panels.
