2. Omschrijving
De GARAGE heeft één bouwlaag op een rechthoekig grondplan en is gedekt met een aan drie zijden overstekend samengesteld dak. Het dak bestaat uit een wolfdak met een groot overstek boven beide zijgevels en een ca. 2m. overstekende luifel aan de voorzijde, die via hoekkepers aansluit op de zijschilden. Het dak is gedekt met rode verbeterde Hollandse pannen en voorzien van zinken mastgoten.
De gevels zijn opgetrokken met rode baksteen, gemetseld in halfsteens verband. De garage heeft een plint, die wordt afgesloten door een tweesteens rollaag. Omdat de garage in de lengte tegen een helling is gebouwd is de plint bij de linkerzijgevel hoger. Hier is de plint evenals aan de achterzijde voorzien van steunberen. In de achtergevel bevindt zich ter hoogte van de dakvoet een anderhalfsteens rollaag. De gevels worden afgesloten met een halfsteens rollaag. Bij de voor- en de achtergevel springt de rollaag enigszins naar voren. Onder de rollaag bevinden zich twee licht uitspringende stroken baksteen. De vensters in achter- en zijgevels zijn voorzien van gemetselde lekdorpels.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde VOORGEVEL heeft twee door een muurdam gescheiden dubbele garagedeuren. De deuren hebben panelen van verticale houten delen en 2-ruits ramen met een horizontale roedenverdeling.
Het grote overstek aan de voorzijde wordt gestut door een houten constructie, die bestaat uit drie balken die rusten op stijlen en licht gebogen schoren. In het midden bestaat de constructie uit een tegen de muurdam tussen de deuren geplaatste stijl, die op een gemetselde poer staat. De bijbehorende schoor loopt van hier tot aan het uiteinde van de dakrand. Aan de buitenzijde bestaat de constructie uit twee stijlen, waarvan er één tegen de muur is geplaatst en één vrij staat. De schoren zijn hoog tegen de vrijstaande stijlen bevestigd en dus aanmerkelijk korter. De stijlen, waartussen zich ook nog een dwarsbalk bevindt, staan op tot plinthoogte gemetselde muurtjes. De grond voor de garagedeuren is beklinkerd. Het bestrate gedeelte ligt tussen twee lage gemetselde muurtjes, die aansluiten op de muurtjes van de houten draagconstructie. In de geveltop boven het overstek bevindt zich een liggend venster met driedelig kozijn en drie 2-ruits ramen met horizontale roedenverdeling.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde ZIJGEVELS hebben ieder twee liggende vensters, voorzien van 2-ruits valramen met een horizontale roedenverdeling.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde ACHTERGEVEL heeft in de geveltop een liggend venster met driedelig kozijn en drie 2-ruits ramen met horizontale roedenverdeling.
Het INTERIEUR van de garage verkeert nog in oorspronkelijke staat. De wanden hebben een hoge betegelde lambrizering met een band van groene tegels. Tegen de achterwand bevindt zich over de volle breedte een kastenwand schuivende paneeldeuren.

The GARAGE has one storey on a rectangular ground plan and is covered with a compound roof overhanging on three sides. The roof consists of a half-hipped roof with a large overhang above both side elevations and an approximately 2m. canopy at the front, which connects via corner rafters to the side roof slopes. The roof is covered with red improved Dutch tiles and fitted with zinc gutters.
The elevations are constructed with red brickwork, laid in half-brick bond. The garage has a plinth, which is finished with a two-brick roll moulding. Because the garage is built lengthwise against a slope, the plinth on the left side elevation is higher. Here the plinth, as well as on the rear elevation, is provided with buttresses. In the rear elevation at the height of the roof eave is a one-and-a-half brick roll moulding. The elevations are finished with a half-brick roll moulding. At the front and rear elevations the roll moulding projects slightly forward. Below the roll moulding are two slightly projecting strips of brickwork. The windows in the rear and side elevations are provided with brick drip moulds.
The symmetrically arranged FRONT ELEVATION has two double garage doors separated by a wall strip. The doors have panels of vertical wooden elements and 2-light windows with horizontal glazing bars.
The large overhang at the front is supported by a wooden structure, consisting of three beams resting on posts and slightly curved braces. In the middle the structure consists of a post placed against the wall strip between the doors, standing on a brick pier. The associated brace runs from here to the end of the roof edge. On the outside the structure consists of two posts, one of which is placed against the wall and one stands free. The braces are fixed high on the free-standing posts and are therefore considerably shorter. The posts, between which a crossbeam is also positioned, stand on small walls built up to plinth height. The ground in front of the garage doors is paved with bricks. The paved area lies between two low brick walls, which connect to the walls of the wooden support structure. In the gable above the overhang is a horizontal window with three-part frame and three 2-light windows with horizontal glazing bars.
The symmetrically arranged SIDE ELEVATIONS each have two horizontal windows, fitted with 2-light casement windows with horizontal glazing bars.
The symmetrically arranged REAR ELEVATION has in the gable a horizontal window with three-part frame and three 2-light windows with horizontal glazing bars.
The INTERIOR of the garage is still in its original state. The walls have a high tiled dado with a band of green tiles. Against the rear wall is a fitted wardrobe extending the full width with sliding panel doors.
