Omschrijving onderdeel 10: TUINMANSWONING (Groenendaal).
Tuinmanswoning van één bouwlaag onder met pannen gedekt schilddak, in oorsprong mogelijk 18de-eeuws, thans 19de-eeuws van aanzien. De voorgevel is opgetrokken tot een lijstgevel. Het geheel is gepleisterd en met een decoratie van een blokkenpatroon uitgevoerd. 19de-Eeuwse vensters met luiken en dito deur in omlijsting in zijgevel.
Waardering
De tuinmanswoning is van belang:
- vanwege de functionele betekenis voor de buitenplaats;
- vanwege de eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur.

Description of component 10: GARDENER'S LODGE (Groenendaal).
Gardener's lodge of one storey under a hipped roof with tiles, originally possibly 18th century, now appearing 19th century. The front facade is built up to a cornice-topped facade. The whole is plastered and executed with a decoration of a block pattern. 19th-century windows with shutters and door of the same period in moulding in side facade.
