Inleiding
GARAGE, behorende tot het complex "Middlesex", gebouwd in 1921 in expressionistische bouwtrant, naar het ontwerp van J. London. De garage staat aan de zuidzijde van het landhuis en wordt met de westgevel verbonden door een tuinmuur. Een toegang bevindt zich in het verlengde van de garagedeuren aan de westzijde vanaf de Huydecopersweg.
Omschrijving
De garage is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond in rode baksteen met rollaag ter hoogte van de plint. De garage is opgetrokken ter hoogte van een bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder zadeldak met de noklijn evenwijdig aan de Huydecopersweg en bedekt met rode verbeterde Hollandse pannen, terwijl de gootlijst rust op bakstenen consoles.
De noordgevel bevat op de begane grond drie vensters, op de verdieping vijf smalle vensters naast elkaar geplaatst.
