Inleiding
De voormalige LEERLOOIERIJ werd in 1847 gebouwd in opdracht van G. Quirijns. In de loop van de tijd zijn er diverse deur- en raamopeningen gewijzigd. Het gebouw is heden in gebruik als opslag- en werkruimte.
Omschrijving
Het tweelaagse pand heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond. Op het zadeldak met de nokas parallel aan de straat liggen zwarte oudhollandse dakpannen. De begane grond is uitgevoerd in handvorm baksteen, deels van machinale baksteen. De verdieping en de nok zijn van gepotdekselde houten delen. De lange gevel aan de straatzijde bezit twee halfronde ijzeren raampjes en een langwerpig rechthoekig raam. De houten delen zijn zowel hier als elders in de gevel scharnierend uitgevoerd, zodat het leer op de wind kon drogen. De rechterzijgevel heeft links een brede rechtgesloten poort en twee rondboogramen. De nok heeft ter plaatse van twee droogluiken ook beglazing gekregen. De rand van het dak is voorzien van windveren; op de nok een houten makelaar. De linkerzijgevel is uitgevoerd als bakstenen tuitgevel.
De achtergevel bezit diverse vernieuwde ramen en een deur.
