Omschrijving onderdeel 10: DIENSTWONING
Dienstwoning uit de laatste helft van de achttiende eeuw op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met grijze pannen gedekt schilddak, lichtgrijs geschilderd en voorzien van een zwarte voeting. De woning staat aangegeven op de kaart van Van Steensel uit 1803. Oorspronkelijk betreft het een dubbelwoning. Rond 1960 na afbraak van een gedeelte aan de linkerzijde is de woning tot zijn huidige aanzien getransformeerd. De rechts van het midden gesitueerde toegangsdeur is de oorspronkelijke toegangsdeur van de voormalige rechter woning. Voor(west)gevel: even rechts van het midden de entree met halfrond bovenlicht met spaakroeden. Links hiervan twee en rechts een enkel vierruitsvenster met luiken. De luiken vertonen een geel zandlopermotief op een zwart fond met centraal in het motief een witte bol met zandloper in rood. De woning is gesitueerd aan de laan ten oosten van het grote aan de noordzijde van het hoofdgebouw gelegen weiland. Achter de woning een negentiende-eeuwse houten schuur, die, ondanks haar ornamentele waarde, vanwege haar ruïneuze staat voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis is.

De DIENSTWONING is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:

Description component 10: SERVICE DWELLING
Service dwelling from the last half of the eighteenth century on a rectangular plan under a hipped roof covered with grey tiles, painted light grey and provided with a black base. The dwelling is indicated on the map of Van Steensel from 1803. Originally it is a semi-detached dwelling. Around 1960, after demolition of a section on the left side, the dwelling was transformed to its present form. The access door situated to the right of centre is the original access door of the former right dwelling. Front (west) gable: just to the right of centre the entrance with a round-headed fanlight with glazing bars. To the left of this two and to the right a single four-pane window with shutters. The shutters feature a yellow hourglass motif on a black ground with centrally in the motif a white sphere with hourglass in red. The dwelling is situated on the lane to the east of the large meadow located on the north side of the main building. Behind the dwelling a nineteenth-century wooden barn, which, despite its ornamental value, due to its dilapidated state is of secondary importance for protection.
