Omschrijving onderdeel 9: BOERDERIJ ANNEX KOETSHUIS
Aan de rechterzijde van het hoofdgebouw iets naar achteren gesitueerde boerderij annex koetshuis, in zijn huidig aanzien uit 1852, maar met oudere en aan de achterzijde nieuwere bouwdelen. Het gebouw is op rechthoekige grondslag gezet, door een met oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt wolfsdak overkapt, wit gekalkt en eveneens van een zwarte voeting voorzien. Voor(noord-)zijde: aan weerszijden een dubbele halfronde toegangsdeur naar het koetshuis, met centraal een negenruits venster met luiken. Op de verdieping een zoldlerluik. Rechter gevel: aan de rechterzijde een halfrond venster met gebogen spaakroeden op stahoogte, een mmeerruits venster en een dubbele deur. De vensters rechts van genoemde deur zijn, evenals de achtergevel van het complex, voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis. Linker gevel: aan de rechterzijde een reeks van vier halfronde vensters met gebogen spaakroeden, waarvan het tweede venster van links het bovenlicht van een deurpartij vormt. Deur vertoont geel zandloper-motief op een zwart fond, en centraal in het motief een witte bol met zandloper in rood. Links van de reeks vensters met deur een halfronde dubbele deur. De indeling van het gevelgedeelte links hiervan is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis.
WAARDERING
De BOERDERIJ ANNEX KOETSHUIS is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom en gaafheid;
- vanwege ensemblewaarde;
- als goed voorbeeld van een in eenvoudig landelijke stijl opgetrokken koetshuis bij een buitenplaats.

Description component 9: FARMHOUSE ANNEX COACHHOUSE
A farmhouse annex coachhouse situated on the right side of the main building slightly set back, in its present form from 1852, but with older and on the rear side newer building sections. The building is constructed on a rectangular plan, covered by a half-hipped roof with old Dutch tiles, whitewashed and likewise provided with a black base. Front (north) side: on either side a double round-headed access door to the coachhouse, with centrally a nine-pane window with shutters. On the upper storey a hayloft door. Right gable: on the right side a round-headed window with curved glazing bars at stall height, a multi-pane window and a double door. The windows to the right of said door, as well as the rear gable of the complex, are of secondary importance for protection. Left gable: on the right side a series of four round-headed windows with curved glazing bars, of which the second window from the left forms the fanlight of a doorway. The door features a yellow hourglass motif on a black ground, and centrally in the motif a white sphere with hourglass in red. To the left of the series of windows with door a round-headed double door. The arrangement of the gable section to the left of this is of secondary importance for protection.
VALUATION
The FARMHOUSE ANNEX COACHHOUSE is of general cultural-historical importance:
