Omschrijving onderdeel 8: TWEE URNEN
Twee thans op het grasveld achter het hoofdgebouw opgestelde monumentale hardstenen urnen op brede voetplaat, identiek aan de 'urn van de kolonel' (zie onderdeel 7). De urnen, die uit circa 1800 dateren, zijn uitgevoerd in sobere Lodewijk XVI-stijl en stonden oorspronkelijk elders in de parkaanleg opgesteld.
WAARDERING
De TWEE URNEN zijn van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom en gaafheid;
- vanwege de beeldbepalende en ensemblewaarde;
- vanwege de ornamentele waarde;
- als zeldzaam voorbeeld van een vermoedelijk voor de buitenplaats gemaakt ensemble, dat zich tot op heden op deze buitenplaats bevindt;

Description component 8: TWO URNS
Two monumental sandstone urns on broad bases now installed on the lawn behind the main building, identical to the 'colonel's urn' (see component 7). The urns, which date from circa 1800, are executed in sober Louis XVI style and originally stood elsewhere in the park layout.
VALUATION
The TWO URNS are of general importance:
- due to their age and integrity;
- due to their visual-determining and ensemble value;
- due to their ornamental value;
- as a rare example of an ensemble presumably made for the country estate, which remains on this country estate to the present day;
- as a good example of garden vases in late Louis XVI style.
