Inleiding.
Zevende en laatste GRAFMONUMENT links van de hoofdas, laatste graf voor de dwarsas. Opgericht in Eclectische stijl in 1901 voor mejuffrouw J.M.C. Rath.
Omschrijving.
Het grafmonument staat op een vierkante rechte voet met pijlers op de hoeken, met elkaar verbonden door ijzeren stangen. Daarbinnen, op een betegelde ondergrond staat een kunststenen rots met ovale plaquettes op elke zijde. De plaquettes zijn voorzien van opschriften: "HIER RUST/ MEJUFFROUW/ JOHANNA MARIA CATHARINA/ RATH/ GEB. TE VEGHEL 14 MEI 1885/ OVERLEDEN TE HEYTHUISEN/ PENSIONAAT ST. ELIZABETH/ 6 JULI 1901/ RIP" Een ander opschrift: "HIER RUSTEN/ IN CHRISTUS VREDE/ DE HEER LAURENS RATH/ *22/VII 1854 VEGHEL + 3/1 1912/ EN/ JEANNETTE H.M. RATH. GEB. VAN MOSSEVELD/ *29/VIII 1861 AARLE-RIXTEL/ +13/IV 1938 VEGHEL". Aan de achterzijde worden overige familieleden vermeld. "HIER RUSTEN/ IN VREDE/ MARIA J.C.A. RATH/ * VEGHEL 22 MRT 1904/ + VEGHEL 23 JUNI 1980/ EN/ JOSEPH M.M. RATH/ * VEGHEL 2 SEPT. 1899/ + VEGHEL 26 SEPT. 1982". Op het rotsblok een witte stenen voet met daarop een wit stenen beeld van een knielende meisjesfiguur, op het hoofd een diadeem met ster.
Waardering.
Het graf is van algemeen belang, het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als uitdrukking van een geestelijke ontwikkeling, namelijk de manifestatie van de katholieke graf- en devotiecultuur. Het heeft architectuurhistorische en kunsthistorische waarde wegens materiaalgebruik, ornamentiek en vormgeving. Het graf is van belang wegens de ensemblewaarde, het is een essentieel onderdeel van het geheel.

Description.
The grave monument stands on a square straight base with pillars at the corners, connected to each other by iron rods. Within, on a tiled ground stands an artificial stone rock with oval plaques on each side. The plaques are provided with inscriptions: "HERE RESTS/ MISS/ JOHANNA MARIA CATHARINA/ RATH/ BORN IN VEGHEL 14 MAY 1885/ DIED IN HEYTHUISEN/ PENSIONAAT ST. ELIZABETH/ 6 JULY 1901/ RIP" Another inscription: "HERE REST/ IN CHRIST'S PEACE/ THE GENTLEMAN LAURENS RATH/ *22/VII 1854 VEGHEL + 3/1 1912/ AND/ JEANNETTE H.M. RATH.
