Omschrijving
Inleiding.
Vierde GRAFMONUMENT links aan de hoofdas van het kerkhof. Opgericht in 1906 voor jonkvrouwe L.C.H.M. Sasse van Ysselt. In de Eclectische vormgeving zijn traditionele grafsymbolen gebruikt.
Omschrijving.
Opstand, uitgevoerd als formatie van kunstrotsen op een vierkante, rechte sokkel. Het graf is omringd door pijlers in boomstam vorm. Daartussen hangt een ketting, het rechter gedeelte ervan is verdwenen. Tegen de voorzijde van het "rotsblok" is een gedrapeerd doek in reliëf in de steen afgebeeld. Daarop is de volgende inscriptie gemaakt: "TER NAGEDACHTENIS AAN/ DE HOOGWELGEBOREN/ JONKVROUWE/ LOUISE CONSTANCE/ HENRIETTE MARIE/ SASSE VAN YSSELT/ GEB. TE BERGEN OP ZOOM/ 30 AUG.1872/ OVERL. TE VEGHEL 23 JUNI 1906/ RIP". Op de romp staat een kruis van boomstammen, omslingerd door klimop en met een krans. Aan de voorzijde is de moeilijk leesbare naam van de beeldhouwer "v. Barstie (V. Barette ?) Tilburg" vermeld.
Waardering.
Het graf is van algemeen belang, het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als uitdrukking van een geestelijke ontwikkeling, namelijk de manifestatie van de katholieke graf- en devotiecultuur. Het heeft architectuurhistorische en kunsthistorische waarde wegens materiaalgebruik, ornamentiek en vormgeving. Het graf is van belang wegens de ensemblewaarde, het is een essentieel onderdeel van het geheel.

Elevation, executed as a formation of artificial rocks on a square, straight base. The grave is surrounded by pillars in tree-trunk form. Between them hangs a chain, the right part of which has disappeared. Against the front of the "rock block" a draped cloth is depicted in relief in the stone. On this the following inscription has been made: "IN MEMORY OF/ THE NOBLE BORN/ MISS/ LOUISE CONSTANCE/ HENRIETTE MARIE/ SASSE VAN YSSELT/ BORN IN BERGEN OP ZOOM/ 30 AUG.1872/ DIED IN VEGHEL 23 JUNE 1906/ RIP". On the body stands a cross of tree trunks, entwined with ivy and with a wreath. On the front the difficult to read name of the sculptor "v. Barstie (V. Barette ?) Tilburg" is noted.
