Het woonhuis heeft drie bouwlagen onder een plat dak. De voorgevel is twee traveeën breed. De linker travee op de begane grond wordt echter verdeeld door twee vensters en gescheiden door een smalle penant. De rechter travee van de gevel bevat op de begane grond een dubbele voordeur in een ellipsboogportiek met hardstenen bordes en ervoor twee frontale traptreden. De hardhouten deuren hebben meerdere bossingpanelen en bovenin glaspanelen met smeedijzeren roosters. Het bovenlicht van de voordeur heeft drie verticale glasroeden, die aan de bovenkant verbonden worden door halfcirkelvormige roeden. Een dergelijk bovenlicht sluit het portiek af. Het kalf, dat dit bovenlicht draagt, is van hardsteen evenals de consoles. Op de tweede bouwlaag bevindt zich een Frans balkon met een smeedijzeren balustrade met motieven van de Art Nouveau. Boven de dubbele balkondeuren een bovenlicht voorzien van drie verticale glasroeden en afgesloten door een ellipsboog. Op de derde bouwlaag een venster met aan de bovenkant een ellipsboog met twee tussenstijlen en verticale roedenverdeling. De travee wordt aan de bovenkant afgesloten door een kroonlijst op consoles gelegen tussen pilastertjes met hardstenen kop. De pilasters zijn verbonden door siersmeedwerk. De linker travee van de gevel bestaat op de begane grond uit twee gelijke rondboog-schuifvensters met in de bovenlichten twee verticale glasroeden, die aan de bovenkant verbonden worden door halfcirkelvormige roeden. De tweede bouwlaag bevat een driezijdige houten erker met borstwering en bovenlichten waarin twee verticale glasroeden en halfcirkelvormige roeden zijn verwerkt. De erker wordt gedragen door corbeelhouten. Op de derde bouwlaag bevindt zich op de erker een balkon met een smeedijzeren balustrade met motieven van de Art Nouveau. Het kozijn, dat toegang geeft tot het balkon, heeft een rondboog aan de bovenkant. Het bevat twee balkondeuren met zijlichten. De travee wordt aan de bovenkant afgesloten door een golvende dakrand gelegen tussen pilastertjes met hardstenen kop. In de oksel van de golf en de pilasters bevindt zich siersmeedwerk.
Het opgaande werk bestaat uit een rode handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband met een hardstenen basement voorzien van aanzetstenen en een steen, waarin ooit een waterkraan was geplaatst. The residential house has three storeys under a flat roof. The front facade is two bays wide. The left bay on the ground floor is, however, divided by two windows and separated by a narrow pilaster. The right bay of the facade contains on the ground floor a double front door in an elliptical arch portico with a stone plinth and two front steps before it. The hardwood doors have multiple boss panels and glass panels with wrought-iron grilles at the top. The fanlight of the front door has three vertical glazing bars, which are connected at the top by semicircular glazing bars. Such a fanlight closes off the portico. The mullion carrying this fanlight is of stone, as are the consoles. On the second storey there is a French balcony with a wrought-iron balustrade with Art Nouveau motifs. Above the double balcony doors a fanlight provided with three vertical glazing bars and closed by an elliptical arch. On the third storey a window with at the top an elliptical arch with two mullions and vertical glazing bar division. The bay is closed at the top by a cornice on consoles positioned between small pilasters with stone capitals. The pilasters are connected by decorative metalwork. The left bay of the facade consists on the ground floor of two equal round-arch sash windows with in the fanlights two vertical glazing bars, which are connected at the top by semicircular glazing bars. The second storey contains a three-sided timber oriel with a low wall and fanlights in which two vertical glazing bars and semicircular glazing bars are incorporated. The oriel is supported by timber corbels. On the third storey there is on the oriel a balcony with a wrought-iron balustrade with Art Nouveau motifs. The window frame giving access to the balcony has a round arch at the top. It contains two balcony doors with sidelights. The bay is closed at the top by a wavy roof edge positioned between small pilasters with stone capitals. In the angle of the wave and the pilasters there is decorative metalwork.
The load-bearing masonry consists of red hand-formed brick laid in Flemish bond with a stone plinth provided with plinth stones and a stone in which a water tap was once placed. Above the topmost balcony window frame the masonry is alternated by a stone arch with voussoir ornaments.
