De SCHUUR is gebouwd rond 1850 en staat achter op het erf van het woonhuis nummer 34.
Omschrijving
Het eenlaagse gebouw zonder verdieping is opgetrokken uit handvorm baksteen met vlechtingen. Op het zadeldak liggen zwarte oud-hollandse dakpannen.
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling in het zuiden van Nederland, het is van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerenwoning. Het heeft ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van een groter geheel dat cultuurhistorisch, architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig van nationaal belang is.
