Inleiding
Het voormalige KOETSHUIS werd gebouwd in het derde kwart van de negentiende eeuw voor de familie Brouwers en is verbouwd tot woonhuis. Het gebouw staat links achter het woonhuis.

Het pand heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en een licht overkragend zadeldak waarop zwarte Oudhollandse dakpannen. De gevels zijn gepleisterd. De voorgevel bezit links een paneeldeur met getoogd gedeeld bovenlicht en rechts een hoog getoogd raam met deelroede. Gepleisterde hoekpilasters worden in de topgevel doorgezet als klimmend fries. In de topgevel bevinden zich twee keperboogramen met openslaande vensters. De rechterzijgevel bezit twee getoogde paneeldeuren en drie getoogde vensters. De linkerzijgevel bezit twee brede getoogde ramen, een dichtgezette deuropening en een paneeldeur met een gedeeld bovenlicht. De achtergevel is blind met smalle rechte muurankers. Waar het pleisterwerk heeft losgelaten is de mogelijk secundair verwerkte handgevormde baksteen zichtbaar.

Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang. The property has a rectangular plan and a slightly overhanging gabled roof on which black Old Dutch roof tiles. The walls are plastered. The front facade has on the left a panelled door with arched divided fanlight and on the right a tall arched window with muntin. Plastered corner pilasters are continued in the gable as climbing frieze. In the gable are two headers-and-stretchers-bond arches with opening windows. The right side wall has two arched panelled doors and three arched windows. The left side wall has two broad arched windows, a sealed door opening and a panelled door with a divided fanlight. The rear facade is blank with narrow straight wall anchors. Where the plasterwork has come loose, the possibly secondarily worked hand-formed brick is visible.
