Inleiding
(Voormalige) DIENSTWONING, oorspronkelijk behorend tot de buitenplaats "Sperwershof", gebouwd in het laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw in eenvoudige Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant. Het woonhuis is vrijstaand gesitueerd op de hoek van het Ankeveensepad en de Oude Meentweg, in de zuidoosthoek van de rechthoekige kavel van de buitenplaats, nabij de volkstuinen.
Omschrijving
De dienstwoning is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond met aanbouw aan de noordzijde en telt één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met gesmoorde verbeterde Hollandse pannen en twee grote schoorstenen aan de noordzijde. De daklijsten steken iets over, de goten worden gedragen door ijzeren steunen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een gecementeerde plint. De noordgevel bevat de ingang in de aanbouw, gedeeltelijk in hout en gedeeltelijk in steen opgetrokken onder aangekapt lessenaarsdak. Een tweede deur bevindt zich in het houten gedeelte links, verder in de gevel vierruitsvensters.
De oostgevel aan de Meentweg bevat op de begane grond een vijfruits schuifvenster en een verdiepingvenster met openslaande roedenramen onder hanekam met natuurstenen sluitsteen. Ankers op de verdiepingscheiding.
In de zuidgevel aan het Ankeveensepad rechts een brede gevelopening met openslaande deuren naar een stoep en links een vierruits venster met luik. De gevelopeningen worden omlijst door een gestucte band. Onder de dakrand ankers. In het dakvlak een links uit het midden geplaatste dakkapel met vier vierruits vensters.
De westgevel bevat op de begane grond een vijfruits schuifvenster en op de verdieping een venster met draairamen onder hanekam met natuurstenen sluitsteen. Ankers op de verdiepingscheiding.
Waardering
De voormalige 19de-eeuwse dienstwoning is van algemeen belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van de buitenplaats "Sperwershof", gelegen binnen het beschermde dorpsgezicht van 's-Graveland.

(Formerly) SERVICE DWELLING, originally belonging to the country estate "Sperwershof", built in the last quarter of the 19th century in simple Craftsman-traditional building style. The residential house is detached and situated at the corner of the Ankeveensepad and the Oude Meentweg, in the south-eastern corner of the rectangular plot of the country estate, near the allotments.
Description
The service dwelling is erected on a rectangular floor plan with an extension on the north side and comprises one storey under a gabled roof with suppressed improved Dutch tiles and two large chimneys on the north side. The roof edges project slightly, the gutters are supported by iron brackets. The facades are built in red brick on a cemented plinth. The north facade contains the entrance in the extension, partly built in wood and partly in stone under an attached half-hipped roof. A second door is located in the wooden section to the left, further in the facade are four-pane windows.
The east facade on the Meentweg contains on the ground floor a five-pane sash window and an upper window with opening glazing bars under a rooster-comb with ashlar voussoir. Wall anchors on the storey division.
In the south facade on the Ankeveensepad on the right a wide opening with opening doors to a step and on the left a four-pane window with shutter. The wall openings are framed by a stuccoed band. Under the roof edge wall anchors. In the roof plane a roof dormer positioned left of centre with four four-pane windows.
The west facade contains on the ground floor a five-pane sash window and on the upper storey a window with opening casements under a rooster-comb with ashlar voussoir. Wall anchors on the storey division.

The former 19th-century service dwelling is of general interest due to its architectural and cultural-historical value as a historically-functional component of the country estate "Sperwershof", situated within the protected village landscape of 's-Graveland.
