Omschrijving onderdeel 10: PORTIERSWONING, HEK en WILHELMINABOOM.
Aan de uiterste oostgrens, aan de achterzijde van de laan staat aan de noordzijde hiervan een portierswoning van omstreeks 1890-1900. In de as van de laan staat een Wilhelmina lindeboom en de laan wordt afgesloten met een eenvoudig gietijzeren spijlenhekk van omstreeks 1900. De PORTIERSWONING telt één bouwlaag met een kap tussen topgevels. De dakrand springt ver uit en in de top is decoratief houtwerk aangebracht. De symmmetrisch opgezette voorgevel heeft een sterk vooruitspringende ingangspartij met een aankapping loodrecht op het zadeldak en links en rechts roedenverdeelde ramen. Het gietijzeren INRIJHEK bestaat uit twee ronde gedecoreerde kolommen, waartussen de vleugels draaien en aan weerszijden een vast spijlenhek. Dit deel is later (XXB) vergroot. De WILHELMINABOOM is omsloten door een laag gietijzeren spijlenhek waarop aan twee zijden een bekroonde W.

Description
Description of component 10: GATE LODGE, GATE and WILHELMINA LINDEN.
At the extreme east boundary, on the rear side of the avenue stands on the north side a gate lodge of around 1890-1900. In the axis of the avenue stands a Wilhelmina linden tree and the avenue is closed off with a simple cast-iron spear-head fence of around 1900. The GATE LODGE comprises one storey with a roof between gabled ends. The roof edge projects far and decorative woodwork is applied at the top. The symmetrically arranged front facade has a strongly projecting entrance section with a lean-to perpendicular to the gabled roof and to the left and right glazing-barred windows. The cast-iron ENTRANCE GATE consists of two round decorated columns, between which the wings swing and on either side a fixed spear-head fence. This part was enlarged later (second half of 20th century). The WILHELMINA LINDEN is enclosed by a low cast-iron spear-head fence with on two sides a crowned W.
