Omschrijving onderdeel 24: (Voorstondensestraat 2 ; op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 24) BOERDERIJ DE KORENHOEVE
Vermoedelijk in oorsprong 18de-eeuwse boerderij, die volgens een mededeling van de oude bosbaas, de heer Goldsteen, ook de functie van café/herberg heeft gehad. De boerderij staat aan het begin van de centrale noord-zuidlaan van het park. Het voorhuis is crèmekleurig gepleisterd en heeft ramen met bijzondere 'dubbele' middenstijl uit circa 1860 en voorzien van een omlopend schilddak. In de voorgevel bevinden zich drie vensters en de entree, in het dakschild is een dakkapel aangebracht. In de achtergevel van het schuurgedeelte bevinden zich een baander met korfboog, twee getoogde staldeuren en twee getoogde venstertjes. Het metselwerk van de deel is vroeg-19de-eeuws, waarbij oudere stenen zijn hergebruikt. De deel wordt overkapt door een zadeldak met wolfseind, gedekt met rode verbeterde Hollandse pannen. In het interieur van het voorhuis zijn onder meer van belang de balken (thans verborgen achter het plafond) en paneel-klampdeuren. De deel is verbouwd tot woonruimte.

Description of component 24: (Voorstondensestraat 2 ; indicated on the accompanying map with no. 24) FARMHOUSE DE KORENHOEVE
Presumably originally an 18th-century farmhouse, which according to a statement by the old forestry manager, Mr. Goldsteen, also served the function of café/inn. The farmhouse stands at the beginning of the central north-south avenue of the park. The front house is cream-coloured plastered and has windows with a distinctive 'double' centre post from circa 1860 and provided with a hipped roof all round. In the front gable are three windows and the entrance, in the roof slope a roof dormer is installed. In the rear gable of the barn part are a relieving arch, two arched stable doors and two small arched windows. The masonry of the barn is early 19th century, with reused older bricks. The barn is covered by a gabled roof with half-hipped end, covered with red improved Dutch tiles. In the interior of the front house are notably the beams (now hidden behind the ceiling) and panel-frame doors. The barn has been converted into living space.
