Omschrijving onderdeel 20: (Bij Voorsterweg 139; op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 20) GEMETSELDE DUIKER BIJ VOORMALIG TOLHUIS
DUIKER uit circa 1820 onder de openbare weg, die het water van west naar oost voert richting IJssel, oorspronkelijk via een lage sloot langs de Voorstondense beek, thans via een sloot naar het zuiden, naar de Oekense beek. De duiker bestaat uit een in handvormstenen gemetselde vloer in halfsteens verband (in de langsrichting van de stroom) van 45 cm. breed, met rechte wanden eveneens in handvorm gemetseld in kruisverband en een halfronde toog (tongewelf). De kruinhoogte is 65 cm. De in- en uitlaat dateren uit 1920. De duiker is niet voorzien van een afsluitconstructie.

De GEMETSELDE DUIKER is van algemeen belang:

Description of component 20: (At Voorsterweg 139; indicated on the accompanying map with no. 20) CULVERT AT FORMER TOLL HOUSE
CULVERT from circa 1820 under the public road, which carries water from west to east towards the IJssel, originally via a low ditch along the Voorstondense beek, now via a ditch to the south, towards the Oekense beek. The culvert consists of a floor built in hand-moulded bricks with half-brick bonding (in the longitudinal direction of the flow) 45 cm. wide, with straight walls also built in hand-moulded brick with cross bonding and a semicircular arch (barrel vault). The crown height is 65 cm. The inlet and outlet date from 1920. The culvert is not provided with a closing structure.
