Omschrijving onderdeel 3: TOEGANGSHEK.
Aan de Waaldijk staat een l9de-eeuws hek van twee gemetselde hekpijlers met gecementeerde afdekplaten bekroond door natuurstenen eikels, die volgens historisch concept gereconstrueerd zijn. Tussen de pijlers een witgeschilderd houten spijlenhek.
Waardering
Het TOEGANGSHEK is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- vanwege de markering van de toegang tot de buitenplaats;
- vanwege de ensemblewaarde;

Description component 3: ENTRANCE GATE.
On the Waaldijk stands a 19th-century gate of two brick gatepost piers with cemented coping stones crowned with natural stone acorns, which have been reconstructed according to historical concept. Between the piers a whitewashed wooden picket gate.
