Omschrijving onderdeel 3: KOETSHUIS behorende bij de historische buitenplaats Oldruitenborg
Nabij de noordwesthoek van het huis een koetshuis XVIII-XIX; ingrijpend gerestaureerd; klein eenvoudig gebouwtje van baksteen op rechthoekige plattegrond onder schilddak met rode pannen; koetsdeuren in de korte oostgevel; erboven een bakstenen dakkapel onder zadeldakje met rode pannen en hooiluik; ramen nieuw; in zuidgevel een wapensteen Sloet.

Het KOETSHUIS is van algemeen belang:

Near the northwest corner of the house a coach house from the 18th-19th centuries; extensively restored; small simple brick building on rectangular floor plan under hipped roof with red tiles; coach doors in the short east gable; above it a brick roof dormer under a small gabled roof with red tiles and hay door; windows new; in south gable a coat-of-arms stone Sloet.
