Omschrijving onderdeel 6: DIENSTWONING behorende bij de historische buitenplaats Oldruitenborg
In de muur op de hoek van de Groenestraat en de Bentstraat, het zgn. Benthuis, volgens ingemetselde steen daterend uit 1857; ingrijpend gerestaureerd; eenvoudig bakstenen gebouw op L-plattegrond onder wolfsdak met rode pannen (aan straatzijde deels met grijze); gevel aan Groenestraat met drie kleine vierruitsvensters, aan de Bentstraat met eenvoudige deur en vier 6-ruits venters; gevels aan tuinzijde grotendeels met nieuwe indeling.

Description component 6: SERVICE COTTAGE belonging to the historic country estate Oldruitenborg
In the wall at the corner of the Groenestraat and the Bentstraat, the so-called Benthuis, according to an inset stone dating from 1857; extensively restored; simple brick building on L-plan under half-hipped roof with red tiles (partly with grey tiles on the street side); facade on Groenestraat with three small four-pane windows, on Bentstraat with simple door and four 6-pane windows; facades on garden side largely with new fenestration.
