Omschrijving onderdeel 1: HOOFDGEBOUW (Oldruitenborg)
In wezen laatmiddeleeuws met latere veranderingen en toevoegingen; thans met een 19e eeuws uiterlijk; in de jaren 60 van de 20e eeuw ingrijpend gerestaureerd; bakstenen gebouw van twee verdiepingen op langgerekte plattegrond onder twee evenwijdige schilddaken, aan de westkant gesloten; twee schoorstenen en gedekt met geglaasde pannen; voorgevel met een risalerend geveldeel van drie traveeën met kroonlijst, iets hoger dan de gevels rechts (8 traveeën) en links (4 traveeën) ervan; parterreramen 8-lichts, op de verdieping 4-lichts-vensters (in het risalerende deel 6-lichts); ingangspartij in het vooruitspringende deel, bestaande uit 3 identieke tuindeuren met halfronde empirebovenlichten; achtergevel met onregelmatige vensterindeling, oostgevel met één 8-lichts empirevenster; westgevel geheel nieuw - tot in de jaren 60 van de 20e eeuw was er hier een aangebouwde schuur.

Description component 1: MAIN BUILDING (Oldruitenborg)
Essentially late medieval with later alterations and additions; now with a 19th century appearance; extensively restored in the 1960s; brick building of two storeys on an elongated ground plan under two parallel hipped roofs, closed off at the west side; two chimneys and covered with glazed tiles; front facade with a projecting facade section of three bays with cornice, somewhat higher than the facades to the right (8 bays) and left (4 bays) of it; ground floor windows 8-light, on the upper floor 4-light windows (in the projecting section 6-light); entrance arrangement in the projecting section, consisting of 3 identical French doors with semicircular Empire fanlights; rear facade with irregular window arrangement, east facade with one 8-light Empire window; west facade entirely new - until the 1960s there was an attached barn here.
