De OPHAALBRUG behorende bij het complex de historische buitenplaats Cronenburgh ligt in de noordoosthoek van het park over het water dat de verbinding vormt tussen de sloot aan de noordzijde en de Vecht en is in 1931 geplaatst. De brug bestaat uit één hamei met balans en spriet, die met een ketting verbonden is aan de houten val. De val heeft aan de oostzijde een eenvoudig houten brughek. De hamei wordt gesteund door twee ijzeren schoren. De gemetselde landhoofden zijn voorzien van een houten afdekbalk.
Waardering
De ophaalbrug is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als gaaf voorbeeld van een houten ophaalbrug met een enkelzijdige ophaalconstructie. Tevens is de brug van ensemblewaarde in ruimtelijke en functionele samenhang met het complex in het algemeen, het park en de Vecht in het bijzonder.

The DRAWBRIDGE belonging to the complex of the historic country estate Cronenburgh lies in the northeast corner of the park over the water that forms the connection between the ditch on the north side and the Vecht and was placed in 1931. The bridge consists of one beam with balance and boom, which is connected by a chain to the wooden flap. The flap has on the east side a simple wooden bridge gate. The beam is supported by two iron braces. The mortared bridge approaches are provided with a wooden coping beam.
Valuation
The drawbridge is of general importance on account of its cultural and architectural-historical value as a well-preserved example of a wooden drawbridge with a single-sided lifting mechanism. Moreover, the bridge is of ensemble value in spatial and functional coherence with the complex in general, the park and the Vecht in particular.
