In de noordoosthoek van het park ligt aan een sloot parallel aan de Bloklaan een houten BOTENHUIS, gebouwd in 1931 behorende bij het complex de historische buitenplaats Cronenburgh. Het botenhuis op palen heeft een rechthoekig grondplan en bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een flauw hellend zadeldak gedekt met rode Oudhollandse pannen. Het is opgebouwd uit een raamwerk van houten staanders met aan de noord-, zuid- en westzijde gevels van horizontaal, los van elkaar geplaatste houten delen. De oostgevel bevat twee opendraaiende, halfhoge deuren, bestaande uit verticaal, los van elkaar geplaatste houten delen. In de zuidgevel is in het midden een opgeklampte deur aangebracht met aan weerszijden een rechthoekig roedenverdeeld venster. De deur geeft toegang tot een aanlegsteiger binnen het botenhuis.
Waardering
Het object is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als gaaf voorbeeld van een in hout uitgevoerd botenhuis gebouwd in 1931. Tevens is het van ensemblewaarde in ruimtelijke en functionele samenhang met het complex, het park en de Vecht in het bijzonder.

In the northeast corner of the park, on a ditch parallel to the Bloklaan, lies a wooden BOAT HOUSE, built in 1931 belonging to the complex of the historic country estate Cronenburgh. The boat house on piles has a rectangular ground plan and consists of one storey under a gently sloping gabled roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles. It is constructed from a framework of wooden uprights with, on the north, south and west sides, facades of horizontal, loosely spaced wooden parts. The east facade contains two hinged, half-height doors, consisting of vertically, loosely spaced wooden parts. In the south facade, a clamped door is placed in the middle with a rectangular glazed window on either side. The door provides access to a landing stage within the boat house.
Valuation
The object is of general importance on account of its cultural and architectural-historical value as a well-preserved example of a boat house constructed in wood built in 1931. Moreover, it is of ensemble value in spatial and functional coherence with the complex, the park and the Vecht in particular.
