Het DIERENVERBLIJF (kippen- of fazantenren) behorende bij het complex de historische buitenplaats Cronenburgh, is gebouwd in 1931 in de noordoosthoek van het park. Het rechthoekige, in hout opgetrokken dierenverblijf is om de stam van een boom heengebouwd. Het bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een gedrukt zadeldak gedekt met grijze shingles. De wanden zijn van horizontaal geplaatste, groen geschilderde rabatdelen. De geveltop aan de voor zijde is bekleed met groen-wit geschilderde verticale delen met bloktandvormige beëinding. De voorgevel bevat een rondboogdeur in het midden, voorzien van twee boven elkaar geplaatste klepluikjes en een roeden verdeeld rechthoekig venster met een naar buiten klapbaar bovenlicht aan weerszijden.
Waardering

The ANIMAL ENCLOSURE (chicken or pheasant run) belonging to the complex of the historic country estate Cronenburgh, was built in 1931 in the northeast corner of the park. The rectangular animal enclosure constructed in wood is built around the trunk of a tree. It consists of one storey under a depressed gabled roof covered with grey shingles. The walls are made of horizontally placed, green painted rabat parts. The gable top on the front side is clad with green and white painted vertical parts with crenellated termination. The front facade contains a round arch door in the middle, provided with two flap hatches placed one above the other and a glazed rectangular window with a top-hinged fanlight on either side.
Valuation
The animal enclosure is of general importance on account of its cultural and architectural-historical value as an example of an animal enclosure constructed in wood built in 1931. Moreover, it is of ensemble value as a characteristic and functional component of the country estate.
