Inleiding
WOONBLOK, uit drie woonhuizen bestaand, als onderdeel van het voormalige glasfabriekscomplex 'De Glashut', oorspronkelijk bestaande uit 18 arbeiderswoningen, verdeeld over drie woonblokken. Thans gerenoveerd en door samenvoeging negen woningen bevattend.
Omschrijving
Het middelste WOONBLOK van de drie woonblokken, bestaat uit één bouwlaag op een langgerekt rechthoekig grondplan onder een zadeldak tussen tuitgevels met de nok evenwijdig aan de weg en gedekt met gesmoorde en rode Oudhollandse pannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen in staandverband met strekken boven de venster- en deuropeningen. Langs de voorgevel is een houten geprofileerde gootlijst aangebracht. De oorspronkelijk zes woningen zijn intern gewijzigd tot drie woningen: te weten nummer 122 met 120, 124 met 126 en 128, 130 met 132.
De voorgevel (zuidzijde) bevat per oorspronkelijke woning een deur met bovenlicht en een negenruits schuifvenster met luiken. De indeling van de gevel is steeds per twee woningen gespiegeld, te weten deur-venster-venster-deur.
De achtergevel bevat een negenruits schuifvenster of een deur met bovenlicht en een negenruits schuifvenster per (oorspronkelijke) woning. De linkerzijgevel is blind. Aansluitend op de rechterzijgevel is een moderne houten aanbouw (valt buiten de bescherming).
In woning nummer 122 bevindt zich een bedstede met daaronder een kelder. De kap rust op een schenkelspant.

Alsmede als restant van het voormalige glasfabriekcomplex. Voorts vanwege de ensemblewaarde door de ruimtelijke, functionele en stilistische samenhang met de overige complexonderdelen.

Description
The middle RESIDENTIAL BLOCK of the three residential blocks consists of one storey on an elongated rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof between spout gables with the ridge parallel to the road and covered with damped and red Oudhollandse tiles. The facades are constructed in red brick in stretcher bond with courses above the window and door openings. Along the front facade a wooden profiled gutter moulding is applied. The originally six dwellings have been internally modified into three dwellings: namely number 122 with 120, 124 with 126 and 128, 130 with 132.
The front facade (south side) contains per original dwelling a door with a fanlight and a nine-pane sash window with shutters. The arrangement of the facade is always mirrored per two dwellings, namely door-window-window-door.
The rear facade contains a nine-pane sash window or a door with a fanlight and a nine-pane sash window per (original) dwelling. The left side facade is blank. Adjoining the right side facade is a modern wooden extension (falls outside the protection).
In dwelling number 122 there is a bed alcove with a cellar beneath it. The roof truss rests on a collar-tie truss.
