HOUTEN HUIS (Xxa) gebouwd als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "Het Schol" aan de oprijlaan ten noordoosten van het huis. Het houten huis is opgetrokken in zwartgeteerde horizontale delen in chaletstijl van twee bouwlagen op H-plattegrond: twee rechthoekige bouwmassa's met overstekende flauwhellende zadeldaken, verbonden door een terugspringend lager middenstuk onder zadeldak; T-vensters en vierruits-ramen; in middenstuk gekoppelde glazen tuindeuren en -ramen.

WOODEN HOUSE (early 20th century) built as part of the historical country estate "Het Schol" at the drive to the north-east of the house. The wooden house is constructed of black-tarred horizontal sections in chalet style on two storeys on H-plan: two rectangular building masses with overhanging low-pitched gabled roofs, connected by a recessed lower central section under gabled roof; T-windows and four-pane windows; in the central section coupled glazed garden doors and windows.
