Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
TOEGANGSBRUG behorende tot de buitenplaats De Nederhorst. De toegang tot het huis wordt gevormd door een gemetselde brug uit het begin van de achttiende eeuw. De brug heeft twee rondbogen, Y-ankers en een rond venster; hardstenen afdekplaten waarop een eenvoudige smeedijzeren balustrade; aan de zijde van het voorplein schuin aflopende keermuren met vlechtingen en een hardstenen afdekplaats. De vrij hoog opgemetselde brug heeft vijf treden aan het begin en voor de toegangsdeur een bordestrap met leuningen voorzien van siersmeedwerk; aan weerszijden van deze laatste een getoogde deur naar het onderhuis.
Waardering TOEGANGSBRUG van algemeen belang: - vanwege de ouderdom; - vanwege de vroeg-achttiende-eeuwse vormgeving van de brug met bordestrap voorzien van siersmeedwerk; - als markering van de toegang tot de buitenplaats; - vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

ACCESS BRIDGE belonging to the country estate De Nederhorst. The access to the house is formed by a brick bridge from the early eighteenth century. The bridge has two round arches, Y-anchors and a round window; sandstone coping plates on which a simple wrought-iron balustrade; on the side of the forecourt sloping retaining walls with wattlework and a sandstone coping. The fairly high constructed bridge has five steps at the entrance and before the access door a perron staircase with railings provided with decorative wrought-iron work; on either side of the latter a arched door to the underbuild.
