Omschrijving onderdeel 5:
BOERDERIJ behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Blikkenburg. Ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw aan de Blikkenburgerlaan gelegen boerderij uit het begin van de 19de eeuw. Deze boerderij vormde gedurende de eerste helft van de 19de eeuw de enige bebouwing op het landgoed Blikkenburg. De boerderij is van het hallenhuistype en bestaat uit bedrijfsruimte (zuid) en een woonhuis (noord). De oorspronkelijk symmetrische voorgevel aan de Blikkenburgerlaan is voorzien van vlechtingen en heeft op de begane grond een centrale toegangsdeur met aan weerszijden twee meerruitsvensters met luiken.
Ter hoogte van de kapverdieping in het midden een dubbel openslaand meerruitsvenster met bovenlicht en luiken en rechts daarvan een enkelvoudig venster met één luik. In de zijgevels verschillende soorten vensters en deuren. De boerderij heeft een met zwarte pannen gedekt zadeldak met afgewolfde uiteinden.

FARM belonging to the historical country estate Blikkenburg. Located north of the main building on the Blikkenburgerlaan, a farm from the beginning of the 19th century. This farm formed the only building on the Blikkenburg estate during the first half of the 19th century. The farm is of the hall-house type and consists of business premises (south) and a dwelling house (north). The originally symmetrical front facade on the Blikkenburgerlaan is provided with wattle and has on the ground floor a central entrance door with on either side two multi-pane windows with shutters.
At the level of the roof storey in the middle a double casement multi-pane window with fanlight and shutters and to the right of it a single window with one shutter. In the side facades various types of windows and doors. The farm has a gabled roof covered with black tiles with half-hipped ends.
