Inleiding.
In de buurtschap Hild, nabij de Oirschotseweg gelegen BOERDERIJ van het langgeveltype, daterend uit ca. 1860. Op het erf een haag van liguster en meidoorn. Voor het huis twee leilinden.
Omschrijving.
Langgevelboerderij met dwarsdeel, opgetrokken uit handvorm baksteen met schilddak van riet en oud-Hollandse pannen. Het woongedeelte heeft links en rechts van de voordeur met gedeeld bovenlicht zesruits schuiframen met luiken. Eenvoudige steekankers. Links van het woongedeelte sporen van oude potstaldeuren die zijn dichtgezet en vervangen door een zesruits schuifraam. Links van dit raam dubbele deeldeuren. De rechter zijgevel is gesausd en heeft een zesruits openslaand raam. Achter het huis een bakhuis.
Waardering.
De langgevelboerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de akkerbouw in Midden-Brabant. Het heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de relatie met groenvoorzieningen, wegen, wateren en bodemgesteldheid. Het object is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

Long-gable farmhouse with crosswing, built of handmade brick with hipped roof of reed and old Dutch tiles. The dwelling section has on the left and right of the front door with divided fanlight six-light sash windows with shutters. Simple dogtooth brickwork. To the left of the dwelling section traces of old cart-shed doors which have been closed off and replaced by a six-light sash window. To the left of this window double half-doors. The right side gable is rendered and has a six-light casement window. Behind the house a bakehouse.
Valuation.
The long-gable farmhouse is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical value as an expression of the socio-economic development of arable farming in Central Brabant. It has ensemble value because of the relationship with green provisions, roads, waterways and soil conditions. The object has been preserved in good condition.
