TUINMANSWONING "Lotjeshoeve" met SCHUURTJE (XIXc) gebouwd als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "Babberich", in de noordhoek van de driehoekige wei ten oosten van het huis aan de rechte laan, schuin tegenover de boerderij. De gepleisterde tuinmanswoning met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een zolder afgesloten door een zadeldak met gesmoorde opnieuw verbeterde pannen en eenvoudige windveren. In de voorgevel (oost) bevindt zich een deur met aan weerszijden een 6-ruits schuifraam raam met persiennes. In de geveltop bevindt zich een halfrond 6-ruits raam. In de linker zijgevel bevindt zich een niet oorspronkelijk venster met persiennes. In de achtergevel bevinden zich twee halfronde stalramen met centraal geplaatste deuropening met niet oorspronkelijke deur. In het interieur bevinden zich geen waardevolle onderdelen. In het interieur is van belang de diverse ruimten als de voorkamer en de kelder met opkamer. Achter het huisje, dwars geplaatst, een eenvoudig witgepleisterd schuurtje, XIXc, onder zadeldak met gesmoorde pannen; gietijzeren spinnekopvensters; hooiluik met spitsboog in topgevel. GARDENER'S COTTAGE "Lotjeshoeve" with SHED (19th century) built as part of the historical country estate "Babberich", in the north corner of the triangular meadow to the east of the house on the straight lane, diagonally opposite the farmhouse. The plastered gardener's cottage with rectangular floor plan consists of one storey and an attic enclosed by a gabled roof with concealed newly improved tiles and simple wind vanes. In the front facade (east) is a door with on either side a 6-pane sash window with venetian blinds. In the gable end is a semicircular 6-pane window. In the left side facade is a non-original window with venetian blinds. In the rear facade are two semicircular stable windows with centrally placed door opening with non-original door. In the interior there are no valuable components. In the interior the various spaces are of importance such as the front room and the cellar with box room. Behind the cottage, placed transversely, a simple whitewashed shed, 19th century, under a gabled roof with concealed tiles; cast-iron spider-head windows; hayloft with pointed arch in gable end. The left side facade of the service cottage formerly also functioned as a garden wall, which continued in the extension of this facade towards the shed.
