Omschrijving
DIENSTVLEUGEL (XIX en ouder) gebouwd als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "Babberich". Wit geschilderd gebouw (oorspronkelijk schoon metselwerk) op U-vormige plattegrond, die aan de zuidzijde aan het huis grenst. Samen met het huis omsluit de dienstvleugel bijna de gehele binnenplaats met uitzondering van een brede entree aan de noordwestzijde. De entree tot de met grind verharde binnenplaats bestaat uit een dam over de gracht. De dienstruimten, koetsenstalling en paardenstallen in de dienstvleugel zijn herbestemd als kantoor. De vleugel bestaat uit twee bouwlagen en een zolder afgesloten door een schilddak met gesmoorde pannen. Aan de oostzijde bevindt zich een open aanbouw met lessenaarsdak. Op de begane grond van de topgevel (westgevel) bevindt zich een dubbele deur. Boven de deur bevindt zich een natuurstenen gevelsteen met de inscriptie "RENOVATUM/ 1879/ M R.J. de N.V.B./ et C./ +". De gevel wordt afgesloten door een klimmend bakstenen rondboogfries (XIXd). In de gevels bevinden zich halfronde stalramen (oostgevel), 6-ruits schuiframen (westgevel begane grond) en halfhoge 2-ruits schuiframen (westgevel, verdieping). In de westgevel bevindt zich een middenrisaliet met aangekapt flauw hellend zadeldak. Het interieur is herbestemd als kantoor waarbij de kapconstructie is gehandhaafd. De voormalige broodoven is gereconstrueerd.

Description
SERVICE WING (19th century and older) built as part of the historic country estate "Babberich". Whitewashed building (originally fair-faced masonry) on a U-shaped plan, bordering the house on the south side. Together with the house, the service wing encloses almost the entire courtyard with the exception of a wide entrance on the north-west side. The entrance to the gravel-surfaced courtyard consists of a causeway over the moat. The service rooms, coach house and horse stables in the service wing have been converted to office use. The wing consists of two storeys and an attic enclosed by a hipped roof with pantiles. On the east side there is an open lean-to with a lean-to roof. On the ground floor of the gable end (west facade) there is a double door. Above the door is a natural stone facade stone with the inscription "RENOVATUM/ 1879/ M R.J. de N.V.B./ et C./ +". The facade is enclosed by a climbing brick round-arch frieze (19th century, second half). The facades contain semi-circular stable windows (east facade), 6-pane sash windows (west facade ground floor) and half-height 2-pane sash windows (west facade, first floor). In the west facade is a central projection with an added shallow pitched saddle roof. The interior has been converted to office use with the roof truss structure retained. The former bread oven has been reconstructed.
