Inleiding
Op het zuidoostelijke achterterrein bevindt zich een voormalige schuur, gebouwd in 1920 in een streek-eigen bouwtrant met de afkomende materialen van een elders op het perceel gelegen leerlooierij uit ca. 1900. Tegenwoordig heeft het pand slechts een opslagfunctie.
Omschrijving
Pand van één bouwlaag op een rechthoekige grondslag met in kruisverband gemetselde gevels onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Verschillende deuren, inrijpoorten, hijsluik en met een segmentboog getoogde vensters met roedenramen. Op de zolder van de zuidwestelijke hoek bevinden zich houten droogluiken, afkomstig van de looierij. De indeling is nog origineel.
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische en typologische ontwikkeling van het landelijke woonhuis. Het object heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de historische en functionele relatie met het woonhuis.
Het object is verder van belang vanwege de gaafheid en vanwege de zeldzaamheid van dergelijke kleinschalige complexen.

Introduction
On the southeastern rear site is a former barn, built in 1920 in a regional building style using materials salvaged from a leather tannery formerly located on the site from circa 1900. Nowadays the building serves only a storage function.
Description
Building of one storey on a rectangular plan with walls of headers and stretchers under a gabled roof covered with Dutch barrel tiles. Various doors, entrance gates, hoist shutter and windows with segmental arch with glazing bars. On the attic of the southwestern corner are wooden drying shutters, salvaged from the tannery. The layout remains original.
Valuation
The barn is of general significance. The object has cultural historical value as a particular expression of the socio-economic and typological development of the rural dwelling. The object has ensemble value on account of the historical and functional relationship with the dwelling house.
The object is furthermore of significance on account of its integrity and on account of the rarity of such small-scale complexes.
