Omschrijving
Inleiding
STAL, omstreeks 1825 als opgetrokken in een ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant. Aan de zuidwestelijke zijde van de stal werd in 1871 het iets hogere woongedeelte (onderdeel I) gebouwd. Hoewel de stal in dakbedekking, gevels en indeling nogal fors is gewijzigd, geeft deze juist hierdoor een goed beeld van de ontwikkeling van het boerenbedrijf in de negentiende eeuw. Tegenwoordig vervult de stal een functie als opslagruimte en is het veehoudersbedrijf verplaatst naar de stallen op de achterzijde van het terrein.
Omschrijving
Stal van één bouwlaag met gevels in schoon metselwerk (deels handvorm baksteen) onder een met verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt, afgewolfd zadeldak. De noordelijke en de oostelijke gevel zijn vernieuwd. De gewijzigde stalramen zijn grotendeels van beton; op de noordoostelijke hoek nog één met spinnekoproeden. In de gevels zijn verder enkele steekankers aangebracht.
De stal was oorspronkelijk een potstal die verbouwd is tot grupstal en vooral diende voor de stalling van kleine hoeveelheden vee. Aan de oostzijde bevinden zich hokken die voor de opslag en stalling van diverse zaken dienden. Het nog oorspronkelijke gebint van de stal rust op houten staanders. De kapconstructie met houten spanten is nog oorspronkelijk.
Waardering
De stal is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische en typologische ontwikkeling van het boerenbedrijf in Noord-Brabant. Het heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de historisch-ruimtelijke relatie tussen de verschillende onderdelen en de ontwikkeling die daaruit valt af te lezen.
Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven en tamelijk zeldzaam.

Introduction
BARN, built around 1825 in a craft-traditional building style. On the south-western side of the barn, the slightly higher residential part (component I) was built in 1871. Although the barn has undergone considerable changes in roof covering, facades and layout, this actually gives a good picture of the development of the farm business in the nineteenth century. Nowadays the barn serves as a storage facility and the livestock business has been moved to the barns at the rear of the property.
Description
Barn of one storey with fair-faced masonry facades (partly hand-moulded brick) under a saddle roof covered with improved Dutch pantiles. The northern and eastern facades have been renewed. The altered stable windows are mostly concrete; on the north-eastern corner still one with crinkle-crankle bars. Further wall anchors have been inserted in the facades.
The barn was originally a stall barn which was converted to a loose-box barn and mainly served for stabling small quantities of livestock. On the east side are pens used for the storage and stabling of various items. The still original timber frame of the barn rests on wooden posts. The roof truss structure with wooden rafters is still original.
Valuation
The barn is of general importance. The object has cultural-historical value as a particular expression of the socio-economic and typological development of the farm business in North Brabant. It has ensemble value because of the historical-spatial relationship between the different components and the development that can be discerned from this.
It has been well preserved and is fairly rare.
