Omschrijving onderdeel 3: KOETSHUIS.
KOETSHUIS, vierde kwart negentiende eeuw, mogelijk gedeeltelijk ouder; op de noordoostpunt van het eiland; in historiserende stijl- zeventiende eeuw- gebouwd; baksteen, twee bouwlagen onder zadeldak met grijze pannen; getrapte voorgevel met dubbele lichtgetoogde inrijdeur; daarboven een rij van drie kleine getoogde vierruits vensters; sluit- en aanzetstenen in de ontlastingsbogen; daarboven - in de trapgevel op zolderniveau- twee vensters van hetzelfde type, en in de nok een rond venster; achtergevel is tuitgevel.

Description of component 3: COACH HOUSE.
COACH HOUSE, fourth quarter nineteenth century, possibly partially older; on the northeast point of the island; built in historicising style - seventeenth century; brick, two storeys under a gabled roof with grey tiles; stepped front facade with double-arched light carriage entrance; above it a row of three small arched four-pane windows; closing and abutment stones in the relieving arches; above - in the stepped gable at attic level - two windows of the same type, and in the ridge a round window; rear facade is a spout gable.
