BOUWHUIS, deel van een ooit (naar het oosten) langer gebouw langs de noordelijke grachtarm, eerste kwart van de achttiende eeuw of ouder; bakstenen gebouw van één bouwlaag onder schilddak met grijze pannen; centraal op de nok een schoorsteen van latere datum; voorgevel met hoekrisalieten en een centrale deur met natuurstenen kalf waarboven een oeil-de-boeuf, horizontaal geplaatst en met geprofileerde natuurstenen omlijsting; links en rechts een meerruits venster met luiken met zandlopermotief beschilderd in de kleuren rood en wit; twee twintigste-eeuwse dakkapellen; achterschild lager doorlopend.

BUILDING HOUSE, part of a building that once (towards the east) extended further along the northern arm of the moat, first quarter of the eighteenth century or older; brick building of one storey under a hipped roof with grey tiles; centrally on the ridge a chimney of later date; front facade with corner risalits and a central door with natural stone calf above which an oeil-de-boeuf, placed horizontally and with profiled natural stone moulding; left and right a multi-pane window with shutters with hourglass motif painted in red and white; two twentieth-century roof dormers; rear wall continuing at a lower level.

The BUILDING HOUSE is of general importance:
- because of its age;
- because of its functional and cultural-historical values;
- as the only architectural remnant from the time of the old house demolished in 1913.
