Inleiding.
De SCHUUR uit 1939 is gebouwd in Delftse Schoolstijl en is gelegen op het achtererf.
Omschrijving.
De eenlaags bakstenen schuur is gebouwd op rechthoekig grondplan. De tuitgevels van voor- en achterzijde hebben sobere, gemetselde schouders met ezelsrug op de hoeken, in dezelfde trant als de gevelbekroning. In de voor- en zijgevels zijn rechtgesloten vensters geplaatst met betonnen kozijnen met bovenontluchting. In voor- en achtergevel zijn omstreeks 1995 nieuwe deuren geplaatst. Midden op de voorgevel is met ijzeren letters de naam van de boerderij aangebracht: Heenwerf. In de topgevels zijn gemetselde ontluchtingslamellen aangebracht en daaronder een rondvenster met radiaalraam. In de tuit is een Y-vormig muuranker aangebracht. Het zadeldak is belegd met Hollandse pannen. Tegen de noordgevel is een luifel aangebracht op betonnen poeren. De indeling van het interieur is in de loop van de tijd gewijzigd, en bestaat nu uit een garagegedeelte en een grote open ruimte. De kap wordt gedragen door grote, gelamineerde houten spanten.
Waardering.
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als uiting van de rijke veeteeltcultuur op de kleigronden. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een regionale variant van de Delftse Schoolstijl. Het heeft bouwhistorische waarde vanwege de toegepaste constructie, met name de houten, gelamineerde spanten. Het heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de samenhang met de andere complexonderdelen. The single-storey brick barn is built on a rectangular ground plan. The spout gables of the front and rear sides have sober, mortared shoulders with saddle ridge at the corners, in the same manner as the gable crest. In the front and side facades straighttop windows are placed with concrete frames with top ventilation. In the front and rear gables new doors were placed around 1995. In the middle of the front facade the name of the farm has been applied with iron letters: Heenwerf. In the spout gables mortared ventilation lamellae have been applied and below them a round window with radial frame. In the spout a Y-shaped wall anchor has been applied. The gabled roof is covered with Dutch tiles. Against the north facade a canopy has been applied on concrete posts. The interior layout has been altered over time, and now consists of a garage section and a large open space. The roof truss is supported by large, laminated wooden trusses.

The barn is of general importance. The building has cultural historical value as an expression of the rich cattle farming culture on the clay soils.
