Centraal in de binnenhof van het woningcomplex gelegen gietijzeren WATERPOMP. De pomp bevindt zich boven een door regenwater gevoed reservoir. De fraai bewerkte pomp bestaat uit een geprofileerd achthoekig basement met aan één zijde een hiertegen geplaatste spuwer. Boven het basement bevindt zich een kandelaberachtige aan de boven- en onderzijde versierde gecanneleerde schacht die bekroond wordt door een bewerkte knop. Aan de bovenzijde van de schacht bevindt zich aan één zijde een zwengel met bol.
Waardering
Gietijzeren WATERPOMP.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een rijk bewerkte gietijzeren waterpomp uit de vroege twintigste eeuw. De pomp is tevens van belang vanwege de hoogwaardige esthetische kwaliteiten van het ontwerp en vanwege het materiaalgebruik.

Cast-iron WATER PUMP centrally located in the inner courtyard of the residential complex. The pump is situated above a rainwater-fed reservoir. The finely worked pump consists of a moulded octagonal base with on one side a spout placed against it. Above the base is a candelabra-like fluted shaft decorated at the top and bottom, crowned by a worked knob. At the top of the shaft on one side is a handle with a ball.
