Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
KOETSHUIS, gezien de jaartalankers in de topgevel waarschijnlijk in 1692 gebouwd; later verhoogd; aan het voorplein ten zuidoosten van het huis; bakstenen gebouw van één bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond; grotendeels gepleisterd; zadeldak met gesmoorde grijze pannen, aan linker korte zijde met schild; voorgevel met verschillende deur- en raampartijen, deels met de oorspronkelijke kozijnen; muurringen om paarden aan te binden; verschillende formaten staafankers; andere gevels bijna blind; in de achtergevel opkamervenster met diefijzers; linker gevel in staand verband, rechtergevel met topgevel en jaartalankers 1692; klezoren in koppenlagen. Inwendig van links naar rechts: een keldergedeelte met opkamer met bedstee; werkplaats etc.; binnenmuur tot in de nok; een met klinkers bestraat koetsengedeelte; houten wand; een bestrate paardenstal; enkelvoudige balklaag; kap met vier gespijkerde schaarspanten; daarop constructie, die het dak omhoog heeft gebracht.

COACH HOUSE, judging by the date anchors in the gable probably built in 1692; later heightened; on the forecourt to the south-east of the house; brick building of one storey on a rectangular plan; largely rendered; gabled roof with subdued grey tiles, on the left short side with a hipped end; front facade with various door and window units, partly with original frames; wall rings for tying horses; different sizes of anchors; other facades almost blind; rear facade with upper window with theft bars; left gable wall in running bond, right gable with date anchors 1692; headers in courses of stretchers. Interior from left to right: a basement section with upper room with bed alcove; workshop etc.; inner wall to the roof ridge; a clinker-paved coach compartment; wooden wall; a paved horse stable; simple beam layer; roof with four nailed scissor trusses; on it a construction that has lifted the roof.
