HOUSE, rendered country house of two storeys and a mezzanine under an almost flat roof, masked by a low wooden parapet in the form of a superstructure; symmetrical Classical architecture on a rectangular plan; built on the site of an older house, of which perhaps only the cellar is preserved; front facade (east) with 5 bays with a slightly projecting central bay, containing tall H-windows with shutters, both on the ground floor and on the first floor; in front of the first-floor window a balcony with cast-iron railing and urns, supported by richly decorated consoles and (added?) simple railings; cast-iron railings in front of the first-floor windows; fixed sash windows in the mezzanine. The rear facade has the same bay division; the side facades are austere and provided with several H-windows with shutters, and small windows without glazing bars respectively. Against the left side facade over both storeys an early 20th-century brick lift shaft; against the right side facade a conservatory, composed of cast iron and glass, with a veranda above it. Interior including: steep stair with neo-Louis XIV stairpost, neo-Louis XV stucco ceilings and fireplaces; white marble floor tiles in hallways; tortoiseshell tiles in the kitchen.
